One of the biggest strengths of the Tara Mobile Creches, Pune, is its people, who strive to fulfil the organisation’s mission and vision while upholding its values. TMCP is fortunate to have some of the most passionate and committed people working towards empowering and changing the lives of children under our care. We can say with immense satisfaction that we have impacted the life of every individual child, whatever little time they have been under our care, primarily because of our team members, who have made it possible through their dedication and hard work.

‘Mobile Creches Pune's 1st daycare centre was established in 1980 at Mr. Rathi’s construction site. Since then, he was associated with the organization. His generous contribution, time and advocacy efforts have not only provided essential resources but have inspired others to join us in creating a positive change. We were privileged to have him as a valued patron who was kind, compassionate, and committed. TMCP mourns the loss of Mr. Rathi and is highly grateful for his undaunting support.’
